Return & Exchange Policy

At MJ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

 

For returns, contact our support team at support@mjspecialtycoverings.com to receive a return authorization BEFORE returning. To resolve any issues promptly and efficiently, we require our valued customers to file for a return with our customer service department within 30 days of receiving the product.

 

Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus a 20% restock fee. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if, upon inspection, the product is determined damaged by the customer or missing items included in original packaging. 

 

If you receive damaged-in-package items, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
